What's Involved

Collaborative planning

We first meet with you to understand your situation and discuss how Quince could help you achieve what is needed.

We clarify expectations and then propose a suitable programme outline with associated costs. There is no obligation to use us and no charge up to this point.

While we encourage having plans and agreed outcomes for each session or programme, we work flexibly so that people can make the most of unexpected opportunities and accommodate changing circumstances.

Flexible but focused delivery - 1:1s or workshops

  • Individual programmes usually involve 1:1 sessions of 1 to 1½ hours' duration, with participants typically meeting with their Quince consultant once a week for an agreed period.

  • If an individual’s availability or location makes it preferable to work more intensively, say in half or full day blocks, we can design a suitable programme to fit the time available.

  • Programmes usually include a combination of discussion, coaching, facilitated self-assessment and self-directed activities between sessions.  We respect differences in learning styles and adapt delivery to cater for preferences.

Cost effective workshops

Group workshops can cover a range of topics related to career management and job search, for example Career Evaluation, Planning and Development, Building Career Resilience, Effective Networking, Discovering the Hidden Job Market, Developing Effective CVs and Improving Interview Performance.

Mentoring to maintain momentum

Programmes conclude with a review and evaluation of what has been achieved, with each person taking away a plan of action they have developed. On-going mentoring is available to maintain momentum and motivation to bring individual plans to fruition.

to allow for personalised attention, we recommend smaller group workshops of 6 – 10 participants.

However, if it is important for larger groups to attend workshops in a short timeframe, we are happy to provide an appropriate

solution for you.
